Working out Like Mad

Not so many posts from me lately - why? Because I have been working out at the YMCA Mon-Sat 45 minutes a day. I am pretty darn proud of myself, especially of Wednesday when I did 4.5 miles and burned 600 calories on the crossramp. My new favorite workout. I am alternating between the treadmill, the elliptical and the crossramp now. I haven't lost even one pound in the 4 weeks I have been doing this - I actually gained 4! But I hear it is all muscle so we'll see. I am definitely NOT giving it up. I am enjoying the workout with my iPod, the quiet shower with no kids screaming and knowing they are having fun in the KidZone. It's totally win-win even if I lose no weight (tho I am trying for 20 lbs.)
