Every Single Day
Things just cannot go right for me. Today I couldn't sleep because Aubs crawled into bed with us at 2 and I couldn't get comfy. I got up at 5 and laid on the couch. Finally decided to go to the gym even though I'm doing SOMWTHING wrong there because I am not losing any weight in 10 weeks.
1. I forget to cover my blisters with moleskin
2. The music is messed so the good beat stuff is playing in the tanning rooms and the quiet solitude music is on the floor. And of course I still haven't bought arm armband since I upgraded to the iphone5 and the 4 band doesn't fit.
3. I try an elliptical. When I get a drink from my very large water bottle, the cupholder comes out too and falls on the floor. This happens3x before I give up and try the bike. Can't get comfy, doesn't feel Right after a mile. Give up.
4. Try the normal weight room but this music is making me sleepy.
5. Go to the treadmill but remember the blisters and they hurt BAD.
My normal routine is weight room 30 min and treadmill 30-50.
I just give up today. I'm leaving. Why? Why can't things just be easy and go right?
